Try it with your statementHow it works
Drop in the bank statement PDF you downloaded from online banking.
Choose Excel or CSV to review the transactions. Choose QBO, OFX or QIF to import them straight into your software.
Import the file into QuickBooks, Xero or your spreadsheet. If a conversion fails, its reserved pages return to your balance.
One transposed digit can break a reconciliation weeks later. Converting the PDF removes the retyping where those mistakes start.

Most months are steady. Then a catch-up client hands you a folder of PDFs. Ledgerpour handles both.
A few statements per client, every month. Convert each one to QBO and import it into the client's QuickBooks file.
A client shows up months behind. Convert the backlog instead of retyping it line by line.
Bring in last year's statements when you take on a client. Get the history into their books before the first reconciliation.
Every client needs twelve months of statements before the return can be prepared. Convert the whole year instead of keying it in.

Security
Here's what happens to your clients' statements after you upload them. A bank statement holds account numbers, balances and every payment your client made, so Ledgerpour handles each one like this.
Every upload is encrypted with AES-256, in transit and at rest.
Statements are deleted automatically after processing. Nothing is kept on our servers.
Conversion is automatic. No person at Ledgerpour opens your files.
Your clients' data is never used to train models.
Ledgerpour follows GDPR for every user, wherever they are.

FAQ
Still stuck? Email Rebecca@ledgerpour.dev and a person will answer.
A bank statement converter turns a PDF bank statement into a file you can open or import. Ledgerpour reads each transaction on the statement and exports it as Excel, CSV, QBO, OFX or QIF. You import the file instead of typing the transactions in by hand.
Upload the PDF bank statement to Ledgerpour, choose Excel and download the XLSX file. Each transaction comes out as one row with the date, description, debit, credit and balance. Excel is the best choice when you want to check or edit transactions before importing them.
Upload the PDF to Ledgerpour, choose CSV and download the file. The CSV opens in Google Sheets or Excel, and imports into any tool that accepts a CSV file.
Use QBO for QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. Use OFX for Xero, Sage and MYOB. Use QIF for Quicken and older desktop tools. Use CSV for anything else that takes a spreadsheet import, and Excel when you want to review the data first.
Yes. Every new Ledgerpour account gets 5 free pages, with no card needed, in every output format. After that, choose a subscription. Active paid subscribers can buy extra credits at $0.20 a page. Monthly billing starts at $25.
Not yet. Ledgerpour converts text-based PDF statements, the kind you download from online banking. Support for scanned and photographed statements is coming soon, and so is support for credit card statements.
We don't publish an accuracy percentage we can't show you how we measured. Instead, check the output yourself: open the Excel file and compare it with the statement before you import.
Yes. Every upload is encrypted with AES-256, deleted automatically after processing and never used to train AI models. No one at Ledgerpour opens your files, and Ledgerpour is GDPR compliant.
Yes. Every Ledgerpour plan is month to month, and you can cancel online in one click from your billing page. There's no annual commitment unless you choose yearly billing, which gives you 2 months free.
No. Plan pages reset at the start of each month. When a month runs past your plan, credits cover the extra pages, and credits never expire.
With an active paid subscription, you can buy extra credits at $0.20 a page, from $10. Purchases are optional, with no automatic overage charge. Free users need to choose a subscription before buying credits.
No. Purchased credits never expire, including after your subscription ends. An active paid subscription is required to buy additional credits.
You don't pay for it. If a conversion fails, its reserved pages return to your balance automatically.
Charges come from plan renewals or credit purchases. Your billing page shows your plan and page activity. If you still can't place a charge, email Rebecca@ledgerpour.dev and we'll explain it.
